Security of the country and of the citizen is very important obligation of the government, but when a disease threatens the life of the citizens, then the citizen has to question the role of the government in providing the necessary protection. It is a necessary requirement for government to provide an adequate protection from all diseases.The surfacing of SARS in china and later to other parts of the world was a big blow to the government. This is study focus on the reality of the government treatment of SARS crisis, considering the rapid spread of SARS from the point of origin to other regions and countriesChinese government was eager to preserve the continuation in development of the economy.
