Research On City Adaptation Of Peasant Laborers

City adaptation of Peasant laborers has vital significance to our country's urbanization. Taking Xuzhou as the example, on the base of socialization theory, immigration theory and configuration theory, this article does research on city adaptation of Peasant laborers with the methods of questionnaire survey and case interview .It concludes that the important factors that affects Peasant laborers'city adaptation are the right, the social relationship network and the self-social approval. Peasant laborers can't adapt the city system and its life because of the system exclusion, social intercourse exclusion and social psychological exclusion; they have unfavorable situation, aphasia state, weak power, minority position and they lose their root. This article regards that we should take system initiative as foundation, take community guidance as carrier, take empowerment and counseling as the core to promote their adaptation power and boosts the Chinese urbanization advancement.
