A Research On The "Phenomenon Of Peasant Workers" While Building The Hamonious Society

This thesis, from historical and realistic angles, reviews the generation, development and present situation of peasant workers in the course of industrialization and urbanization. It also makes a profound analysis on the negative influence of phenomena of migrant laborers, and brings forward some countermeasures on the aspect of conception, institution and governmental functions in expect to banish the phenomena and construct a harmonious society.The first chapter is the outline of "peasant workers" and "phenomena of migrant laborers". In this chapter, I mainly define the category of the two items above, elaborate on their characters and make an investigation on their foundation stone respectively. The second chapter mainly deals with the negative influence of the phenomena of migrant laborers to the harmonious social construction .Migrant laborers have made great contribution to the industrialization and urbanization ,but they are exposed to unfair treat ,which breaches the basic requirement of a harmonious society , that is ,democracy ,fairness, brotherliness, creativity and good order. The 3rd chapter brings forward some countermeasures on the aspect of conception, institution and governmental functions to abolish the phenomena according to the course of it.In this thesis I put my study under the background of harmonious social construction, which highlights the temporal spirit and operation significance of this study. To construct a harmonious society is the essential attributes of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Up to now, the number of rural migrant laborers accounts for one tenth of the Chinese population .Therefore, trying to study and solve the phenomena will surly accelerate the construction of a harmonious society, and embody the socialistic superiority.
