The Asia-Pacific Region is an important region of the United States global strategy. After the Cold War, the United States adjusted its global strategy, strengthening strategy permeating to the Asia-Pacific Region, surrounding China gradually at geopolitical structure. Analyzing the United States Security strategy for the Asia-Pacific Region is the important premise that we can judge situation and understand the security environment of China and the important basis that we can make right security strategy. Therefore, the adjustment of the United States global strategy is a main point for Chinese government and academic field study and research. Agreeing with the foundation of essential standpoint basically, the author of this thesis try to do synthesize completely to the United States Security strategy for the Asia-Pacific Region property and the target, guideline and the development trend, whole deployment and the security strategy choice of China.The United States Security Strategy is an importance part of national security strategy, and is formulated and carried out under the national security strategy. Firstly, the United States thinks it owns an important national interest in the Asia-Pacific Region, including economic benefits and strategic security benefits. During a period after the Cold War ended, the United States valued its economic benefits more. In the present and a certain period in the future, the United States will put the strategic security benefits on the first place. Secondly, the United States thinks the influence of the Asia-Pacific security environment for its Asia-Pacific benefits is more and more, such as the terrorism problem, the pit proliferation problem, big country rising etc.
