Research On The Application Of Humanistic Management Idea In The Human Resource Management Of China Government Agencies

With the emergence and development of humanistic management idea,which emphasizes the function of human in organizations, have been developing in enterprises with managing science' s step from beginning, it has theory and reality significance to study the influence of the humanistic management idea on the human resource management in China Government agencies, no matter from its connotations or its functions in modern management. The humanistic management idea had existed from ancient times. In the east, it can be traded back to related words and thoughts of ancient thinkers, such great thinkers as "Guan zi (管子) " , "Kong zi (孔子) " in the Chinese civilization, and in the west, its rudiments also has been found in "classical managing theories" in the late part of the 19th and the early part of the 20th century. In the 60' s of the 20th century, scholars had proposed the humanistic management theory formally; in the 80' s of the 20th century, enterprises had paid high attention on it generally in the world.The humanistic management idea should be an original concept in human resource management of the government agencies, as it has been paid high attention in enterprise managements.
