Scientific Development View And Construction Of Well-off Society

Building a well-off society is one of the strategic objective and task that was put forward in the Report of 16th National Congress of the CPC. As an important developing stage connecting before with after in modernization, it requires overall development and progress between economy and society, people and nature, reform at home and opening to the outside. It also demands to build up a society of saving resource and environment friendship. The principle and the final purpose in this course is people first.In order to realize the goal, CPC has proposed"people first, overall, coordinating and sustainable development". It is the guidance to construction a well-off society.This article is divided to three parts: the preface, the body and the end. The preface explains briefly about the current situation and meaning about the subject. The body has five chapters. Charpter1 does some historic trace, and then point out the later is the indicator to well-off society. Charpter2, 3,4 and 5 system explain the relationship between the overall development and"four becomes one", coordination development and"five overall development", sustainable development and saving resource and environment friendship, the development of people first and the goal of well-off society. From those, we can understand to build up a well-off society must insist on the direction of scientific development view. The end further explains that the realization of well-off society is due to the concrete guide of scientific development view. The goal of well-off society will become true under the guidance of scientific development view.
