Essential Ways For Communist Party To Rule And Construct A Prosperous China

On the basis of achievements having been made in the academic circle, this thesis expounds theoretically and practically scientific, democratic and lawful ruling in an all-round way and endeavors to find the essential ways to realize it. The study of this problem is of great practical significance for the enrichment and development of Marxism in the aspect of party construction and for the strengthening and consolidation of the ruling status of Communist Party of China.This thesis consists of three parts as follows: the first part puts emphasis on the essential conditions to realize scientific ruling based on a clear understanding of the central ideas of scientific ruling and analysis of its theoretic origins and practical necessity; the second part puts forward ways of realizing democratic ruling through studying its basic attributes, historical evolution and realization; the last part highlights ways of realizing lawful ruling based on the understanding of its connotation, imminence and status quo of study.
