The Party's Ruling Under The Goal Of Democratic Governance

Guaranteeing and supporting people to realize the right of being owners of themselves is the goal of Communist Party of China. For it, our party must transform traditional ruling style which is very centralizational and has been used for a long period of time to a democratic way. Knowing the question is very important and urgent, using history and reality, theory and practice methods, the author elaborates and analyzes the content of democratic ruling of the CPC, the importance of democratic ruling and the reasons which obstacle democratic ruling, then, put forward a path to democratic ruling. All this based on the general theory about the political party of Marxism political science.This article is formed of four parts. The first part, mainly form theory angle, analyzes the content of democratic ruling and theories which are related to it, then, further elaborates what is the goal of democratic ruling and how to realize it. In the second part, the author clarified the important meaning of democratic ruling from these aspects such as the property of the CPC, the variety of ruling environment, how to strengthen vigor and the legitimacy of the party, etc. The third part of this article mainly discusses the reasons which influence democratic ruling of the Communist Party, the contents involves the obstacle of ruling corpus` character and people`s character and the obstacle r of the mechanism. Part 4 is the most important part in this article, it points out in detail how to carry out democratic ruling , the contents includes three aspects: the construction of ineer-party democracy, how to handle the relation between party and national political power and the construction of people's democracy .
