Governmental organizations, for-profit organizations and non-profit organizations (third sector), a modern socio-political areas, economic and social areas important component. Profit organizations in the origin of the human resources management as a new management model is not only applicable to profit organization which applies to the spirit and methods of government organizations and non-profit organizations. Governmental organizations in the introduction of human resources management has been an increasing number of academics, government officials explored and implemented, but how non-profit organizations play in the development of human resources and management strengths, we need to study the issue.My youth volunteer organizations is an important component of non-profit organizations, refers to the 14-35 age composition of the people, non-profit, for the coordination of economic and social development and progress of the groups contribute to the provision of voluntary service. To today, the youth volunteer organization has made tremendous achievements, there are many problems affecting the organization and further development.I think that needs to draw on and use of human resources development and management and the successful experience of youth volunteer organizations to strengthen and improve the management of youth volunteer organizations in order to further develop a harmonious society, the promotion of spiritual civilization and the improvement of youth and the role of ideological and moral qualities. Time volunteers and volunteers to create new ways of allowance continuously in the larger context of encouraging more young people to participate in social services; Youth volunteers to the personalized requirements and personal development targets for human resources development and management; To decentralized management and operation of the project to resolve bureaucratic problems posed by Section tier system structure; customer-oriented model established evaluation system to address youth volunteerism voluntary organizations to assess the performance of services; learning to the creation of voluntary youth organizations to develop youth volunteer team of human resources.All through my youth volunteer organization and management analysis of the status of the investigation, summed up the prevailing management issues, human resources development and made some new management methods and newapproaches to solve existing problems, with a view to promoting the development of our youth volunteer organizations.
