My Humble Opinion On'Social Vitality'

BY WAY OF DISCUSSING WHAT SOCIAL VITALITY IS, THE PAPER HAS DEEP ANALYSIS ON SOCIAL VITALITY'S DEFINITION, SOCIAL VITALITY'S MAIN CHARACTERISTICS, THE CAUSE OF SOCIAL VITALITY, SOCIAL VITALITY'S QUALITY, QUANTITY, DIMENSION, AND ITS THREE PARTS. BASED ON THE ANALYSIS, THE PAPER ALSO COMMENTS ON THE DIFFERENT CONSTRUCTION MECHANISMS AND THE FOLLOWING STATUES BEFORE CHINA REFORM AND AFTER IT.Social vitality refers to the society's ability to make good of itself , to improve itself and to develop itself. As an important social phenomenon, it appears in every aspect of social life and social development, which including the trend and the orientation of social material level, institutional level, spirit level and the whole society. Social vitality not only derives from men's needs and their social practice, especially their material production practice, but also develops with them. The root cause of social vitality lies in man. It's a piece of colorful picture which described by man as the subject of social activity.Social vitality is an important'independent variable'in social progress'equation', which displays social life, indicates social development and shows the direction of social changes. Doing good at'social vitality'theory study has instructive significance and reflective value to social life and social development. New China's foundation lead social vitality's exploration and practice at an all-new stage. But, Chinese social vitality didn't always bloom healthily and in all its aspect during the recent 60 years. Before China Reform, Chinese social vitality was inadequate and feeble, even aberrant in a long term. China Reform brought opportunity for Chinese social vitality. Promoted by Reform, Chinese society is full of vitality and prosperity. But, there are still structural unbalances which hinder the blooming of social vitality. In order to promote modernization construction ,and in order to ensure social vitality blooming healthily, extensively and permanently, the Central Committee of CPC advanced an idea to construct a Harmonious Society.Harmony emerges from vitality and grows up with vitality. And social vitality is a'fulcrum'in the harmonious society's construction.
