The Research On The Civil Servants' Training System In Our Country

The author of this paper, through analysis and study of the training system of China's civil servants, discovers the problems by providing the training of An yang Bureau of personnel as an example. Using for reference the advanced experience and method of the construction of training system of foreign countries, in accordance with the practical situation of China's construction of the training system, the author puts forward some ideas to improve the training system of the civil servants, and hopes to contribute to build up a scientific, logical, specific and feasible training system for the civil servants.
