In today’s world, economy and political situation are so complex. Talent strategy hasbecome the world’s national development strategy. From the point of the current politicaland economic situation, talented person’s competition between countries has becomeincreasingly fierce. The demand for talented is also bigger and bigger.With thecontinuous development of all aspects in our country, more and more high demand to theparty and the government’s ruling exists. The party and the government also face a lackof talent. Therefore, only by constantly strengthening personnel training, efforts toimprove the quality of the civil servants and work ability, can we meet the needs ofnation and people.High quality team of civil servants is an important guarantee ofgovernment management,which is an important guarantee of the governmentcontinuously improving the ruling ability. Through doing a good job of civil servicetraining we can build a strong government.America has relatively perfect civil servant training system construction. This papermainly studied the development of American civil service training and related structureconfiguration, curriculum setting, evaluation, etc.Through the related data collection andanalysis,It summed up the advantages of American civil service training system, basedon the market-oriented mechanism and more perfect training evaluation system andcarried on the thorough research.What’s more,worthy reference for our country civilservant training system of concept and practice can be used, with the hope of puttingforward on the basis of better reform proposals to our country civil servants trainingsystem.
