The high efficient activities depend on the efficient communication among persons,organizations, even between persons and organizations. In some degree, activities are thecontinuous process of communication, which is the only way to drive the activities innormal way and to the purpose. Few scholars even compare executive communication to"the brain of administrative activities", or"the blood of it, the engine of administration."Stuff can learn and grasp different information of management goal, communicate witheach other, conceptualize common, department and personal responsibilities and goalsunder the influence of the efficient communication. In the process of realization andbuilding of goal, the stuff can keep the sense of reorganizations and responsibility, forwhich the executive goal comes true.The efficient executive communication is the interactive behavior of informationsender and receiver. So, both of them should abide by the interactive principle in order tohave a fluent and effective communication. The clumsiness and uselessness of executivecommunication is revealed by less information resources, wordy content, sluggishcreativity, more false information. To listen actively is the presupposition and foundationof efficient executive communication, to simplify language is the main method of it andto use feed back is the test and insurance of it.The purpose of this paper is to set up three points with long-term working, learningand thinking. First one is that communication should be performed under the need ofwork. Second point is that the main form of communication is face-to-facecommunication. Third point is that the main process of communication is tocommunicate with cadres at the basic level and persons concerned.
