The effectiveness of the ideological and political education of communication is important at this stage to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education work. But the ideological and political education communication obstacles hinder the effect of the ideological and political education.This paper beginimg from obstacles existimg in the ideological and political education communication, taking habermas communication action theory as the basis, from the static and dynamic two different perspectives, I will examine obstacles existing in the ideological and political education communicationl.And then, I will have an in-depth analysis to the communication barriers of each perspective, and based on this, put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education communication.This paper discusses habermas communication action theory and the ideological and political education communication basic problems, and finds out the same point in theory, which is laying the theoretical possibility of reference. From the dynamic perspective, it will differentiate elements basing on habermas’s communication action theory,and then, examines the barriers of the ideological and political education communication.That analyses the obstacles of the various elements and the obstacles of between the main elements in the ideological and political education communication, mainly including the obstacles of ideological and political educators、educatee、education content, education environment and education media,and obstacles of educators and educatee respectively with the education content. From the dynamic perspective, basing on habermas’s communicative behavior concept, it will examine the barriers of the ideological and political education communication. That analyses the obstacles of the ideological and political education communication process and the obstacles of concrete link,mainly including obstacles of unidirectional type and static type communication process and obstacles of dialogue, understanding and consensus three specific link in communication process. Based on the above analysis,it seeks countermeasures against the ideological and political education communication barriers,mainly including establishment of Communication Paradigmthe of the ideological and political education communication, improvement of the various elements of the ideological and political education communication in the Communication Paradigm and the optimization of specific links of the ideological and political education communication process...
