The equality is the end target of the history of mankind, and sexual equality is because of equal justice. The women's equal employment condition is a mirror that reflects a national human rights development level and the performance circumstance to some extent. Our government successively sets a series of laws to protect the women's equal employment rights, but the problem that the women suffering the sex bias in the employment market is more outstanding. This text is based on the theories of the justice of the sexual equality, passing the analysis on the present condition to the equal employment rights of women, to find out the deep reason of the creation employment sex bias problem, passing to draw lessons from international treaty, the United States and Hong Kong at the same time in this aspect of experience, and hope to find out a valid way of resolving this problem.The preface introduced the background of social reality and present research involved with the topic, and the preface explained the logic through the whole thesis. The first part carried on the trace to origins of the theories that sexual equality first, releasing the content of the equal employment rights from the justice of the sexual equality immediately after, then again to this text research object- women the content of the equal employment rights did the analysis.The second part elaborated and analyzed the problem that the inequality existed on men and women of our country in employment the market currently , thinking the appearance of this kind of sex bias in the job field because of these factors, such as physiology difference, the history culture and societies and economy...etc.The third part passes the analysis to the international treaty, the United States and some related protection women equal employment rights measure of Hong Kong, drawing lessons from its precious experience, getting perfect our country women some suggestions and measure of the equal employment.The fourth part put forward the path to resolve the equal employment problem of women under the realistic condition in China , wanting the execution change on the lawmaking first: Create and protect the women's opportunity of the equal employment; Increase the provision of the anti- bias; and the concrete succour procedure; Emphasize the procedure lawmaking. The next in order, perfect women the society guarantee system, wanting to build up the specialized law implement and the performance organizations finally, to make protect the women the measure of the equal employment rights to fall the solid place.Under the guide line of" sexual equality" of law principle, passing the law means and social efforts that other everyone make, women the realization of the equal employment rights is not faraway.
