On The Study To Deep Development And Policies Of Contemporary Countryside Folk Culture

Folk culture is an important part of Chinese culture. With the development of times and market economy, many folk arts of China have declined and are even under the threat of extinction. At present, however, their fates have aroused the attention of the government and society: The government, cultural circles and experts are taking measures to rescue and preserve Chinese folk arts.Under this circumstance, from this February to April, I made an on-the-spot investigation into "the Piaose Opera" in Wuchuan City, Guangdong Province and "Youth Local Opera Group" in Henan Province to study their origination and development. This article made a detailed and close research on the history and development of these two kinds of folk culture, including their life style, supervision and arrangement of their staff, management, policies and measure of the relative departments by the local governments, which assures a comparative analysis on the models of the development of folk culture and an objective analysis of the living mode and the inner construction of folk culture in the market economy, through which the social reasons of the vigorous liveliness of folk is found out.
