Peasant workers is the product of urbanization and making a significant contribution to urban construction in our country. So from the perspective of social exclusion to study and discusse the peasant workers housing problem has important significance to solve this problem.In this paper, the author through the questionnaire data as a basis for the research status of China’s peasant workers housing, take the combination of qualitative and quantitative, objective description and subjective analysis to go to survey of peasant workers source of urban living environment, housing etc. Analysis the housing problems of migrant workers, as well as the negative impact of it.The focus of this article is the analysis of the deep-seated reasons for peasant workers housing problem, the housing itself does not cause social exclusion, but related housing system has caused the social exclusion. The author thinks that urban exclusion caused for migrant workers housing has many problems, including economic exclusion, institutional exclusion and social exclusion. Economic exclusion including labor market and consumer market exclusion, systems exclusion including household registration system and the housing security system exclusion, social exclusion is China’s government’s neglect of rural peasant workers housing in process of public policy formulate, include absence of governmental management, exclusion of urban residents and lack of rights of channels,and so on.After depth analysised on peasant workers housing problem and combined with practical experience, author constructs the counter measures to solve the problem of peasant workers in urban housing mainly from the perspective of government management and institutional arrangements.
