Property management is based on the distinction between building of living and the inevitable housing management model in the property. It can be diversified ownership structure of the convergence of interests under the new situation and is emerged as an innovative form of housing management.Property management, as an emerging industry in China, is still at the development stage. In its gradually maturing process it has also revealed many deep-seated legal issues, such as : enterprise use of their property strong position harms the interests of owners; Owners Committee proceedings main qualification is not clear; District public lacks of clarity of property rights, they disputes over property maintenance fund and property management service charges. Despite the "property rights" to the introduction of the long-pending issue of the corresponding provisions, the property management practices to reflect the view that the current legislation on the operational remained inadequate, particular of high-level legislation. In view of this, I opted for the "research on the legal issue about propertory management", with the subject and attachment period of investigation and research results—Shenzhen Domain Central Hong flowers Park property management legal issues, in an attempt to look at our existing property management on the basis of legislation, to analysis of the causes of the problem, and to propose solutions to problems by legal means.Therefore, this study is mainly residential property management.
