Study On The Issues And The Suggests About Educational Code System Of Military Academies

The legislation of the education management is a basic characteristic of the educate management's modernization. Under the background of managing our army according to the law, military academies necessarily tend towards the methods of education management's nomocracy. The thesis is mostly established in problem analyzing of educational code system construction about military academies. Then in allusion to existent problems the author puts forward constructive suggestions and thoughts. First, the thesis summarizes the experience and development trend of educational code system construction and provides references for educational code system construction of our military academies by analyzing actualities of foreign military academies, primarily American and Russian ones. Secondly, by analyzing the history and actuality of educational code system of military academies, the author try to understand deficiencies of educational code system of military academies.At last, by analyzing from theoretics(include juristic theoretics and pedagogic theoretics) and the demonstrate from illustration about the problems, the author brings forward some thoughts to perfect educational code system of military academies.
