The Research Of Female Public Servants Ability Construction In Guangxi

The 21^st century is the era of knowledge-driven economy , which based on knowledge, intelligence and innovation ability . Leader of the third generation emphasis new idea on strengthens the human resources ability construction .The public servants is one of the important constituent in the human resources, They play a very important role in planning ,organizing, coordinating and controlling in the national administrative management. It's a great significance to have a thorough study of public servants ability construction to build a group of high quality and specialized public servants .This dissertation base on the analyse in the ability construction of female public servants in GuangXi .Thorough dissertation also points our the problems in the ability construction of female public servants in GuangXi and then discusses the direction of ability construction to female public servants in GuangXi and how to improve it. This paper can be used as reference and direction to advance ability construction of female public servants in GuangXi.This article is divided into four parts as follow: first , the first part define the public servant's ability . this part Commencing from the concept of ability .Ability construction , in essence, is to develop the ability of human being and to create a necessary social environment, Which can help people to reach their full potential in right way; The second part summarizes the part female public servants' ability construction is brought forward and standard of ability construction and analyse the factor to ability construction of female public servants, this part points out the direction of ability construction to female public servants; Part three analyses systematically the direction of ability construction to female public servants in GuangXi. According to the administration level, this dissertation take the questionnaire with 172 female public servants,at the end this part gives the scientific and objective assessment to the problemof ability construction an actuality ;the last, bases on the result of the research which provide the direction and some positive suggestions on ability construction for female public servants in GuangXi.
