Study On The Construction Of Administrative Capacity Of Public Servants In Various Towns Of Linhai City

Administration by law is the core and key of our country's rule of law,the necessary condition for the development of socialist democratic politics,the urgent need to establish a socialist market economic system,and the important symbol of the establishment of modern social civilization.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and also put forward new requirements for the administration of towns and streets according to law in the new era.On the other hand,with the continuous improvement of socialist market economic system,people's quality has been improved gradually,the concept of individual and collective rule of law is also getting stronger and stronger.The number of cases of public prosecutors is increasing year by year,and the requirements on the administration of governments at all levels are higher and higher.However,there are still some problems in the process of building the administrative capacity of the town(street)public servants in Linhai.In the long run,it will affect the efficiency of the grass-roots government and damage the image of the government.In order to reverse the passive situation of the current work of rule of law,this paper combines the professional knowledge of various disciplines such as administration,reviews the research literature in related fields at home and abroad,adopts different methods such as questionnaires and case studies,analyses the current situation of the construction of the administrative capacity of the public servants in Linhai Town(Street)according to law,and finds out that the public servants in Linhai Town(Street)are in accordance with the law.The existing problems in the political field are analyzed in depth to find out the causes of these problems and put forward relevant suggestions,which provide an effective reference for improving the administrative ability of civil servants in Linhai Town(Street)according to law.
