The Digital Gap Question On E-government Construction In China

The e-government and the digital gap, all are research topics of informatization construction in our country. The e-government is the application of informatization in the administrative domain, the solution of the digital gap question is a basic premise of this application. Directed by dialectical materialism, combining with management science, information study, politics, economic, etc, this thesis discussed initially some digital gap existence related questions: the performance, the origin, the influence in our country e-government construction, and profit some success experience from the developed countries in digital gap question, proposed some countermeasures in extinguishing the digital gap in China.
