Research On The Criminal Problems Of City In-migrants Based On Suzhou's Condition

Recently, with the implement of Open Policy and the development of socialist market economy, especially the quick step of Citification, a number of In-migrants swarm into the cities so that cause many social problems, which, in particular ,the criminal problems rise more and more social attention. As a inshore developed city, Suzhou is facing a series of social problems, too. The research, based on the deep and careful investigation, has a practical significance for ensuring the legal rights of In-migrants, maintaining the social stability, and constructing a harmonious society. This article surveys and sums up the features of the recent In-migrant crime, analyzing its causes, meanwhile appraising the policy and law and figuring out the nullity in practical resulted in the absence of justice. Reflected on the shortages of controlling In-migrant crime, the author advanced the idea that updates the theory, and improves the manage methods so as to consolidate the goal of crime control and the protection of civil rights. With a view of generally controlling, reducing, and preventing the In-migrant crime, the countermeasures should be formed from a individual, mass and macroscopical point.
