The Research For The Government Performance Management Strategy Of Hanyang District Of Wuhan City

During these years, Hanyang district of Wuhan City is on the pivotal period of the "11th Five-Year Plan", it has achieved some initial success, but there still exits some problems. Therefore, how to implement the fast development of economy and society through the government performance management is an important subject for Hanyang District of Wuhan City.This thesis starts from the related concept and basic theory of performance management, analyses the existing problems in the government performance management of Hanyang District by case analysis, including the lack of the performance management system, the ambiguity of the performance management's implementation, the faultiness of the performance assessment system, and so on. The thesis analyses the reasons for the problems and puts forward the performance concept of value-oriented performance to improve the performance management of local government, firmly establish the concept, strengthen the government's legislative work and institutionalized of performance management, strengthen the building of e-government, etc.The Research on the Government Performance Management Countermeasures of Hanyang District of Wuhan City has guiding role for the understanding and study of the current county government performance management.
