Research On The Performance Management Of Coppermt.District Government In Xu Zhou In China

Based on the background of China's local government performance management,selection of Jiangsu province Xuzhou city Copper Mt.district government as the research object,through theoretical research and empirical analysis,the optimization of the performance management system of Copper Mt.District of Xuzhou City,provide a reference for the reform and development of the government performance management.In this paper,using field investigation,questionnaire survey and other research methods,empirical research on Xuzhou city Copper Mt.district government performance management,understand the Copper Mt.district government performance management status,based on Aguinis' s theory of performance management as the main guiding theory,starting from the process of performance management of Copper Mt.district government,discusses the existing problems and reasons,and on this basis put forward countermeasures to improve the Xuzhou city Copper Mt.district government performance management.This paper expounds the present situation of domestic and foreign research background,research significance,research methods;secondly,expounded the concept of government performance management,Aguinis introduced the theory of performance management and its six components;third,empirical research on the status quo of Copper Mt.District of Xuzhou City,performance management,summarized the Xuzhou District of Copper Mt.city the government performance management achievements made by Aguinis;fourth,the performance management theory as a guide,starting from the process of performance management,analyzes the existing problems of Copper Mt.district government performance management and discusses the existing problems and reasons;finally,from the performance management conditions,performance planning,performance implementation,performance evaluation,performance feedback the performance plan,update six steps,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize Copper Mt.district government performance management process.This paper theoretically proves the application of Aguinis theory to the study of performance management of our local government performance management is feasible,expand the applicability of Aguinis based on the original performance management theory of enterprise performance management.At the same time,through the optimization of Copper Mt.District of Xuzhou City,the process of performance management,improve the copper mountain performance management system,and because the Copper Mt.government is a representative in the local government,the research conclusions are applicable to conditions similar to other local governments,and with a typical case for the reform and development of performance management in China.
