A Study On The Effectiveness Of Government Information Resource Distribution Based On E-Government

With the development of the time, Information Resource,as one of the shareable economical resources, is playing a more and more important role in the process of promoting the development of economy. The sharing of government information resources is a new idea in public management field. As a new management theory and practice, it is still in developing and variation. Owing to its actual value in construction of electronics government, it is becoming the focus of people's attention in all parts of the world. The thesis consists of six parts.Part 1 illuminates background, purpose and originality of this thesis. Part 2 illumination the evaluate system of effectiveness. This system consists of macroscopic system and microcosmic system. Part 3 illumination bring up that there are something that influence the configure of resources such as Isolated Information Islands and information security. In Part 4 I give some suggestion to solve problems in resources distribution. In part 5 I takes Wuhan for example and it finds that resource settlement is effective. The sixth part of this thesis is conclusion.Those above are the main contents of my paper. I know that this paper may not be profound and comprehensive, but I wished that it could give a little help for the resource settlement of government resource.
