Villager Autonomy In Xufan

I work in a township government, has been relatively concerning on the villager autonomy. In 1998,《villager committee organic law》was promulgated, I thought it would bring profound influence to the village, along with the increase of experiences of the villager autonomy in the work, the notion of want to write something about the villager autonomy also more and more stronger..The thesis has five chapters. Chapter1. Introduce the whole structure about xufan. The study methods and the way of evaluation. Chapter 2 Build the evaluation system. Two main methods used to evaluate xufan villager autonomy are questionnaires and evaluation model. Introduce the model building and index explains. Chapter3, evaluate Xufan villager autonomy by question nary and evaluation model, analysis the result of evaluation. Chapter4, according to the evaluation in chapter 3, elaborate the connection between villager autonomy and village government. Influence of autonomy on country society. Chapter5,Summarizing main opinions in thesis and some problems which exist in the practice of autonomy.Through the evaluation and investigation, I believe:1.In most regions, the level of autonomy is lying in a period in which system structuring has just been overed and the detailed norm has just began.2.villager autonomy has extensive social base, villagers and cadres accept autonomy effect zealously. C, The practice of autonomy gave tremendous influence on all aspects of village society. Villager Status is raising gradually ,large number of"expert directors"appearing in election is a symbol of the landing of"economy politicized"and"politic economized"in village.
