Network Governance Theory And Its Application

As the new emerging governing environment, it is the characteristics of current society that further enhance the governing environment more complex, and leads the government involved in"a governing dilemma". Based on the theory of Network Governance, the thesis stresses on the role of Network Governance, which is regarded as a new approach of public administration in contemporary society. According to a deeper analysis of the concepts, it is a better strategy for the government to take Network Governance as a new governing approach by building effective social partners, which make network works. Although there are limits in the process of governance, Network Governance has obvious strengths in identifying new governing problems, providing much-needed information, handling conflicts and improving the quality of public policy. Finally, the thesis figures out the crucial requirements on the application of Network Governance by non-western countries.
