The Problem And The Countermeasure Research On Information Publication Of D Municipal Government

We have already entered the age of information and a society of intellectual economy. Fairly deep changes are taking place in the organization and mode of management of human society, making higher new requirements on the structure, functions, operating manner and performance of the governments of all countries. First and foremost to be listed as an important topic of study is government information publicity. Speaking of making information public by our government, there still exists a great discrepancy between the demand for information by citizens and the provision of information by the government, obtaining government information being rather difficult. Effective channels are yet to be found and, with some government information that should be publicized not made public, a lot of government information has not been made good use of, leading to a waste of information resources. The same is true of D City in terms of government information publicity. Then, how is the status quo of the publicity of D Municipal Government information? What are the influencing or constraining factors? Making conscientious analysis of these problems and presenting countermeasures and suggestions in these respects with a purpose will be conducive to the effective launch of the work on government information publicity in D while providing other cities in the country with reference to the work of government information publicity.Basing on the advanced and mature theories and practical experience home and abroad, this thesis use methods of the combination of theory and practice, the integration of examples and commonness, demonstration analysis, comparative analysis and specialization, etc.There are four chapters in this article: Chapter One expresses the studying background, significance, direction and purposes of the issue; Chapter Two offers the theories of government information publication and analyzes the experience home and abroad; Chapter Three introduces current aspects of information publication in D municipal government, and analyzes some problems with causes; Chapter Four brings forward practicing Countermeasure according to the systematic study.
