On The Countermeasure Of Panjin Municipal Government Information Publication

With entering the information age, facing the megatrend of economic globalization, networking information and political democracy, the government information publication, which is good for encouraging citizen engagement in nation's affairs, protecting the personal right, improving the economic growth, decreasing the corruption, increasing the administrative efficiency and building the sunshine government, has become the hot issue that whole society focus on, the development of which is important to build the behavior standards, revolution coordinated, fair transparent, the honest and highly effective administration system.Recently, in order to adopt the principle of publication and meet the increasing needs of information, information publication has made rapid progress with the promotion of local committees of the Party and governments. Panjin municipal government started the process of informationization early, who firstly probed to execute the system of the publication of government information in Liaoning province in 2000 and carry out 'The method of information publication in Panjin' officially in January 1, 2007. During such course, some tentative experience appeared, however, many problems and weaknesses still exist. The Paper, in the environment of studying world's information publication and bases on studying the related theory, tries to study the operation problem of Panjin municipal government information publication mainly and bring up the countermeasure contrapuntally. This study will be useful to improve the government information publication in Panjin.Basing on absorbing the advanced theory and drawing on the experience of the practice, the paper uses the theoretical analysis, demonstration and case analysis method. The paper includes six parts. The first is introduction which introduces the background, significance, methods and characters. The related theory is studied in the second part, the present situation of government information publication in Panjin is analysed in the third part, existed problems and reasons in the forth part, provids the measures in the fifth part and the last part is conclusion.
