The Operation Situation And The Countermeasure Research On Information Publication Of Anhui Provincial Government

Nowadays, information resources has become an important driving force to promote social development, as the main information control, government departments while enjoying the benefits of information resources at the same time, also need to meet the public demand for information, and timely disclosure of government information, to protect the public right to know. In a sense, the government information disclosure plays a very important role in the protection of civil rights, promoting economic development, participating in national management and supervising the administrative power.In May 2008, the State Council has promulgated the "the people’s Republic of China Government Information Disclosure Ordinance" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations on open government information"), which opened the Chinese government information publicity work in the new prologue. With further implement of the "Regulations on open government information", the ways and methods of work of the administrative authorities at all levels have been improved. Around the provincial economic and social development objectives and tasks, Anhui province has continued to increasing the publicity of government information open to the public, in a timely manner made public the condition of implement of measures and implementation in the region and department, and established relevant information disclosure system, which played an important role in the transformation of government functions, the enhancement of credibility of the government, and the development of the economic and society.Taking Anhui Province as the research object,and on the basis of annual r eports on government information disclosure, consisting of provincial governme nt departments, provincial cities and foreign advanced areas of information disc losure, a total of more than 200, this paper in-depth investigated the overall pe rformance of government information disclosure system, particularly, analyzed t he exposed problems in implementation, and proposed targeted and operable co untermeasures. Secondly, according to the Anhui provincial government informa tion disclosure system implementation problems exposed in the process of cardi ng, analysis, for the problems were classified and organized, and dig the reaso ns; finally, the author embarks from the reality of Anhui provincial government information disclosure work. In view of the problems exposed in the practice of one comb, reasonable and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
