Since"Temporary Regulation of Civil Servants"was carried out in 1st Oct 1993, it opened the door to national civil servant recruitment by an exam of everyone oriented. The number of people which attended the exam increased sharply in the past fifteen years. In 2008 year, there were about 640,000 candidates competed with each other, in order to get only 14,000 position of civil servants of organs directly under central government, i.e., there was nearly the forty-sixth candidates could became luck men. Especially, a job of a normal servant of agricultural department became the hottest employment, which it is almost the ratio of 3592 to 1 to get the job. These static numbers show that, the exam of civil servant has been the most popular exam in our country, and replayed the exam of entering university which was once the hottest exam.I attended the task of leading and carrying out exam of civil servant in Jiangsu province in the past ten years as a management staff of exam. I think, if we want to come true the slogan of"Open, Fair, and Just", meet the requirements of the selection of talent agencies, implement the strict discipline of the examination process, have higher validity of the examination. It is necessary to establish and improve the supervision organism of the civil servant recruitment examination.In ancient Chinese imperial examination implemented for the millennium, which owns successful experience. Southern Song Dynasty and the Qing Dynasty are the two representatives of the dynasties. The preventive measures of the two dynasties of imperial examination are analyzed from the perspective of the supervision. Then the basic situation and common problems of the civil servant recruitment examination are disserted. Based on the Z city status of the civil servant recruitment examination, the existing measures and issues requiring urgent solution are analyzed.Through the above description and analysis, under the guidance of the principles of supervision, recommendations are made for the supervision organism of the civil service recruitment examination. The specific recommendations form the eight areas has proposed to establish and improve the supervision organism of the civil service recruitment examination, which can help to develop the civil servant recruitment examination.
