Research On Innovation Of National Civil Servants Recruitment Examination System

As we all know, civil servants examination system is an important part of the civil servants system of China, which plays a profound role in our national civil servants construction. A sound and effective civil service examination system helps to meet the job requirements of the national selection of talents, improve administrative efficiency of government. Therefore, careful analysis and study of the civil service examination system, and made a series of effective measures for improvement of China’s reform and innovation for the entire civil service system is of great importance.At present, going through years of exploration and development, China’s civil servants examination system construction has made gratifying achievements, to move forward in the right direction of legalization, scientization and modernization. At first, this article gives a brief introduction on the related theories of civil service examination system on the base of analysis on the theories of management science. It then gives an in-depth analysis on the problems of current our national civil service examination system when it operating, meanwhile gives a systematic from four aspects which are the legal system protection, technical levels, supervision and restraint mechanisms and assessment feedback mechanisms. Finally, combining with China’s actual situation and the problems of the civil service examination system when it operating, this article gives some reasonable countermeasures and innovative proposals on the reform and perfection of the civil service examination system.
