In the 21st century, we are ushering in a comprehensive era of globalization, which is also an era of putting emphasis on image unprecedented. The Communist Youth League is people's image of the Communist Youth League organizations from the internal characteristics of the external manifestations of a decision by the formation of comprehensive evaluation and overall impression. Good of the Communist Youth League and to enhancing the image of college students on the vast majority of young people the confidence and support of the Communist Youth League, the Communist Youth League to better launching unity youth, the important task of educating the youth and improve the efficiency of the Communist Youth League and services, and enhance the Communist Youth League in the eyes of young college students and cohesion. Therefore, the image of the Communist Youth League of not only has some theoretical significance, but also far-reaching practical value.The research of the Communist Youth League image is a new field, this paper attempts to combine the Communist Youth League of their own characteristics, and the Communist Youth League set up a good image to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance. The conclusions as following:1, The image of the Communist Youth League organizations is the perception of the Communist Youth League organizations which is decided the inherent characteristics of the external manifestations and the overall impression formed by people's evaluation.2, The main image of the Communist Youth League which is including such major elements, namely: the main (CYL cadres), object (members), carrier of image, and dissemination of image.3, Designed by the "cognitive image of the Communist Youth League of the questionnaire," have a certain acceptable reliability and validity can be used as research tools image of the Communist Youth League.4, We found out the cognition of the Communist Youth League image from the sample survey conducted research through the Southwest University students that: the general comments are low. Among them, students think better of the management for the Communist Youth League of schools, and the dissemination of the image of the Communist Youth League cadres keeps low image evaluation. The organizational cultrue of the Communist Youth League is regarded as the minimum. The evaluation about subjects of sex, nationality, profession, age, birthplace of various factors on the image of the Communist Youth League schools have differences insignificantly.5, In accordance with the above, we believe that establish the image of the Communist Youth League of college depends on the establishment of unique organization culture; the key is to play the role of the Communist Youth League dissemination of communication. Enhance the overall image of the Communist Youth League should be from the following aspects: a sense of the image, construction of the leaders, education of the members, completion of the carrier of image, and establishment of the disseminating tactics.
