Study On The Legal Liability Of The Wetland Protection In China

The wetland is an intermediate zone between the aquatic and land ecosystem, which is one of the most important ecosystems and environments, and also the source of life for the human beings and others on the earth. It is still an urgent issue on how to make most use of the wetland, face up the consequences caused by the destruction and unreasonable uses from the human beings, and how to perfect some special laws and rules on the protection of the wetland in our country. It is very important and essential for us to make necessary amendments to the legal liability on how to protect the wetland, which is one of the most essential parts in the legislation of the wetland and of the most powerful means, and at the same time, which is the most guaranteed to put the wetland law laws and regulations into force to restrain some illegal activities. Based on the understanding, I try to begin with my study on the legal liability, such as civil, criminal and administrative liability. Meanwhile, I proposed the related establishment and perfection on the wetland damage compensative system as well as ponder how to consummate some legislation on them in our country.
