The working farmer is a very large group during the period of China's institutional change and social transformation, and it has already become an important force in the ranks of China's industries. At the same time, it is also an important force in the China's political stability and development and an important class who should be considered when we inspect Citizens' political participation. The Political participation's growing continuously is the inevitable outcome of deepening social transformation.
