Political mobilization refers to political and idealogical engagement carried out by a nation or a political bloc for the purpose of waging war or managing other military crises. Political mobilization has always been one of CPC's political advantage since the first day our party became an independent ruling power, and has achieved great results even in the worst situation. This article, based on abundant historical data , focuses on its background, purpose, content, principles and method, and historical significance.Chapter I discusses the historital background of political mobilization during the Agrarian Revolution Period. As a collective activity, political mobilization must occur under certain conditions. The Agrarian Revolution took place when China's Revoltion was experiencing its low. No matter in military power or economic strength, CPC was no match for their enemies.In Chapter II the author divides the Agrarian Revolution Period into 4 stages, following chronological order,namely, Nanchang Uprising, the first Siege, the Long March,Shan-Gan-Ning Soviet Area Period, and expound the methods and contents in each stage respectively.Chapter III makes an analysis of the principles and methods that has contributed to the success of the Agrarian Revolution.The last chapter, Chapter IV, tries to summarize and evaluate the significance of political mobilization during Agrarian Revolution in Chinese history. On the whole, the Agrarian Revolution Period marks the beginning of CPC's independent leadership of China's revolution, and the political mobilization was still in its infancy. With its effectiveness it greatly enhanced the public's political awareness and enthusiasm, and CPC's political influence and prestige.Even though political mobilization serves war at a certain period, the experience we have drawn from the past does not fade as time goes by or as situation changes. In today's world with transformed society and war pattern, it is the author'hope that the points laborated on here will not go unnoticed.
