In new time, our university students party-building has made the significant progress with being taken seriously by the Central Party Committee. The political key role has been played more and more important, the party-building work system has been strengthened unceasingly, the quality and quantity of the students CPC has been increased remarkable, at the same time, the universities students party-building has promoted other university matters efficiently. But, accompanying with the economic globalization and our socialism market economy construction' development and our higher education reform's deepen, the thought, quality, values, structure of university students have all changed a lot. The new historical conditions have set new requests for university students party-building. There are also some unmatchable things between our university students party-building and the new time requests. It must be mentioned and programmed up to our work.
