Communist Party Building From The Perspective Of The Party According To Law In China

In the preface of the thesis, it is important to introduce that the goal and significance of party building which is from the perspective of the party according to law. It also introduces the status of the research of the domestic and foreign,and introduces the main content of the article.The first chapter mainly introduces and analysis the connotation of the party in accordance with the law. The scientific meaning and significance of the research are presented in this paper according to the law of the party.The so-called "the world will be happy, the product will be active; the world will perish, the hair will have the door." The party,especially the the party in accordance with the law,that is the key of China’s fast development.And it’s necessary the background of putting forward the development of the party according to law.According to the party constitution general program, the overview of the second paragraph is taken as the theoretical basis of the party’s construction and development,through to explore the law theory of the party and of the construction of the party to guide.The second chapter is based on the perspective of the party in accordance with the law, on the current situation of the construction of the party. On the one hand, to party by laws as the starting point, finishing to clarify the current status of the party building, including the achievement also describes the deficiency still exists at present. On the other hand,Status of the party according to law, on the base of analysis, summed up the party’s construction should follow the basic principles and thought put forward relevant measures to strengthen the construction of the party to provide theoretical direction.The third chapter details the party’s construction of the existing problems, and analysis of its causes. From party organization of internal party discipline is lax, party laws and regulations system is not perfect, the party organization existence not harmonious factors, party members and cadres legal thought development lag problem of analysis the possible reasons, are strictly focuses on the strict management of government officials, weakening of the life of the party organization function.Party cadres and personnel system problems such as frequent four aspects of analysis. On this basis, it is concluded that the root cause of the problem lies in the lack of legal protection.In the fourth chapter, according to the problems existing in the party’s construction work,this paper expounds the measures for the rule of law in the construction of the party. In view of the problems existing in the current domestic construction and puts forward solutions,including: strengthening inner-party laws and regulations of the legal science,strengthening the docking party regulations and state laws and leading cadres to promote the formation of legal thinking in the management of party affairs and adhere to the party discipline and the thought of the party in accordance with the law measures.
