Performance management is the scientific managing method, which is widely used in corporations, governments and higher academies recently. It is promising for military academies to improve the quality of talents training and basic management and education, basing on the improvement of development of military academy student managers according to the ideas and tools of performance management. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, the present condition and develop trend of the home and abroad, the area, main contents and method of research. The management of military academy student managers is discussed connecting the responsibility and character of military academy student managers. Then, traditional managing model and performance managing model are compared. The general method is proposed based on the discussion of performance management of military academy student managers from four aspects of training, access, evaluation, inspiriting. Thirdly, the headship diathesis of military academy student managers is modeled based on working fact of military academy student management, and construct fully the system of evaluation according to the tools of performance management. Finally, we analysis the puzzle faced by the inspiriting of military academy student managers currently, according to the foreign classical theory of inspirit. We give some advice and way to build the model to improve the inspiriting effect of student managers based on the data analysis and comparison of inspiriting requirement of military academy student managers.
