Nowadays, our military academy generally manages in student teams, where students study and get training all under the leadership of student cadres.Non-power leadership has become more and more important beyond traditional power leadership, and even gains larger impacts in some circumstances. Therefore, more and more studies are focusing on the non-power leadership of student cadres. This thesis focuses on the characteristics of non-power leadership and summarizes a collection of measures for evaluating non-power leadership through theoretical analysis, which builds on the former research in literature.Specifically,we first obtain the original importance scores of the measures based on questionaire, and then for different grades,we compute the relative weight of each measure through statistical method. We also test the consistency of the weights and conduct rationality analysis. In the end,we propose an evaluation system for non-power leadership and make several suggestions for improving non-power leadership. Our main contributions consist of the following parts:1.Select a collection of reasonable measures for evaluating non-power leadership of student cadres through theoretical analysis.2.Using the method of statistical calculation, according to different grades, the average scores of evaluation indexes are calculated respectively,so that the corresponding weights are obtained after normalization, and the differences of weights are discussed and analyzed;3.Make some constructive suggestions for improving non-power leadership of student cadres based on the evaluation results. |
