We must rely on talents to actively promote military reform with Chinese characteristics and take the path of Chinese characteristics.As an important base for training various types of military personal,military academies play an important role on the development of the army's construction.Under the condition of market economy and in a peaceful environment,forces may fade their awareness of the importance of national defense and the construction of dedicated forces spirit idea.As a result,bringing out the problems of the management of talents training and retention.The administrative cadres in military academies and universities are a special group of cadres,who are the concrete executors of the management work of military academies and the mental worker in the military academy.They are a group of higher overall quality.They can better motivate the administrative cadres of military academies,to stimulate their work potential is a key task of human resources in military academies.It is necessary to study the incentive system of administrative cadres in military academies,to explore the existing defects and to analyze them,and to explore the countermeasures to reform and improve the incentive mechanism of administrative cadres in military academies the incentive mechanism of administrative cadres in military academies.It is important to safeguard the rights and interests of military administrative cadres,and to ensure the teaching,and to manage work in military academies.This article is precisely aimed at this need,aiming at the military strategic deployment of our army under the new era and new situation,and on the basis of various laws and policies at various levels of the current state and army,in combination with the actual situation of our military academies.The article makes a deep thinking and exploration on the internal law of the incentive mechanism of military administrative cadres at present.The first part and the second part mainly introduces the research background,significance and domestic and foreign research status;at the same time,do up the related incentive concepts and theories,making the object of the study clearer.The third part further expounds the characteristics of the military academy administrative cadres,such as high educational level,low external identity,insufficient job exchange,and so on;according to the incentive theory basis,combined with the current situation of military academy incentive,it set up the content frame of the incentive mechanism,including salary and welfare mechanism,post promotion mechanism,examination,reward and punishment mechanism and social security mechanism.Part 4th investigates and analyzes the main problems existing in the incentive work of the administrative cadres of military academy.It is pointed out that there are some important defects such as insufficient motivation of salary incentive,imperfect system of cadre promotion,weak professional examination,unscientific reward and punishment system,unreasonable training system and imperfect security system,and the reasons for this are analyzed.The 5th part combines the actual demand of the administrative cadres of military academy and the problems in the current incentive measures,synthetically applies the incentive theory,puts forward a series of strategies and ways to optimize the incentive mechanism of the administrative cadres in the military academy,and sets up the advanced incentive idea.From the aspects of increasing material motivation,perfecting all kinds of systems and creating a good environment,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of cadres to the maximum extent,and put forward some suggestions on how to improve the incentive mechanism of administrative cadres in military academies in our country.
