A Study Of The Management System In Building Harmonious Communities

Communities are basic units of city management, and they are the foundation and the cells of building the harmonious socialism society. Only when every community is harmonious shall the whole society become harmonious. If various conflicts and problems appear in the grass-roots unit of society, the whole society can't be harmonious, either. Nowadays, there are a lot of factors which are not harmonious in the community building. Comparing with the harmonious community, tremendous difference exists in the size, level and quality of community development. It takes a certain community as a sample, concludes the problems existing in the present situation of community development, and analyses the reasons behind these problems from various perspectives. Moreover, it raises some advice for the amelioration of management system in building a harmonious community.
