In the last day of 1999, the Russian president Boris Yeltsin gave president's power to Putin. Russia faced a new time—Putin's time. Putin received power stick from his predecessor, burdened with the great trust; He started to build a brand-new Russia.This paper analyzed the geopolitics problem which Russia faced in Putin's early time: first, the heart areas were in shrinks, sea channels was hold down; second, the boundary areas appeared a series of conflicts; third, the exterior group occupied and forced out Russia's geographic and strategic space, which let Russian boundary faced serious dangers. Under the real condition, Putin Respected history and based upon reality, according to Russia's national interest, pay equal attention to Europe and Asia, east and west, the all-round diplomacy. Namely base on the centre of Eurasia, prevents the impetus to mainland center regions by the marine power nation together with the continental margin regions country, surround Russia and isolated in the center .The aim is after the stability of surrounding nations to rebuild the former power status.In conclusion, by the end of Putin's second presidential time, his diplomacy is come to a end formally. Putin's diplomacy is vigorously about eight years for its bright features. Not only did he obtain the surprising success, but also does exist some weakness and problems.This paper based on reality, respect history, guided by the dialectical materialistic world outlook and the conception of history. Comprehensively and systematically analyzed and narrated geopolitics diplomatic strategy, in the end, this paper thought that Putin's geopolitics diplomatic strategy bring great opportunity to the China's peaceful development.
