Namely base on the centre of Eurasia, prevents the impetus to mainland center regions by the marine power nation together with the continental margin regions country, surround Russia and isolated in the center .The aim is after the stability of surrounding nations to rebuild the former power status.In conclusion, by the end of Putin's second presidential time, his diplomacy is come to a end formally. Putin's diplomacy is vigorously about eight years for its bright features.
