On The CCP's Power Of Leadership In The Constitution

The Chinese Communist Party is playing an irreplaceable role in the country's political activities,but in the constitution or the relevant of constitution, is lack of the CCP's power of leadership.Although generally considered, in the preamble to our Constitution, "the Chinese people will……under the leadership of the CCP" is about the CCP's "leadership". However, the former sentence is about the Chinese revolution history review, thus this article, is in fact liked one kind of prediction but the stipulation.Draws back says it, even if this narration is considered as is stipulated, it had not explained "the leadership" is one kind of power or one kind of right, and it does not make concrete to be operated.This article expresses three aspects meanings:1.the CCP's leadership is a national power, and the CCP is actually exercises a lot of national power; 2. It has a great need to read the CCP's leadership in the Constitution. 3.The basic principles and the concrete tentative plan about reading the CCP's power of leadership in the constitution.
