The Primary Study On Governance Structure Of Region

Currently, social management and public services in our government are still relatively weak. How to speed up the transformation of government functions becomes its crux, and the rational governance structure means significance for accelerating the reformation of the management system into service-oriented government. Similarly, the gradually rising group in civil society, as well as the emergence of many other parties is requiring the new, effective governance structure urgently. Additionally, the extensive application in internet technology provided a technological foundation for its implementation.In this paper, we attempted to find a suitable model for Suzhou industrial park,'officials-enterprises-people'model in accordance with the theory of governance structure and its development, in which we still studied all the files in the way of empirical method. Finally, we put it into use by a hypothesized case of that Jinji lake in Suzhou industrial park was contaminated sometime. Still we introduced the details of how to practice the model in Suhou industrial park in integration methods with public choice theory, regional economic, regional governance theory, company governance, as well as project management theory.The transformation of the new governance model will be a long process in practice for regional government. In the process of the specific governance, we used the methods of'network interactive platform', and'project management', both of which are not our interests. However,attributed to the combination of these methods,'officials','enterprises'and'people'would have opportunities to participate local matters more reasonably and more effectively in practical governance. Naturally, regional governance will be more scientific, and more harmonious.
