The public rights corruption's economic reason analysis under the theory view of rent-seeking is not only an important study of the administration, but also a difficult problem in the practice of administrative reform. Based in the transition time , China's political democratization and modernization of the reality in the Composite absorb and learn from at home and abroad on the basis of research results, expounded the theory of rent-seeking and corruption of public power, and rent-seeking theoretical perspective on China's current government . The main characteristics of corruption, from the perspective of innovation, corruption of public rights 'economic reasons, control public right corruption in an effective way.The full text is divided into four parts: Part one, outlining theories rent-seeking and corruption on the public power relations.
