Study On The Cooperation In Drug Control Between China And Kazakhstan

Nowadays, the drug problem has become a global issue. Drug crime, terrorismand AIDS are the worldwide three major public hazard. With the development ofglobalization, cross-border drug crime has become an important object ofinternational criminal law research, and has been paid more and more attention by thepeople in the world. Cross-border drug crime poses a great threat to national security,the stability of the region, even the peace and stability of the whole world. China andKazakhstan have always maintained friendly relations, and are both located inimportant channels of the drug outflow of “Golden Crescent” area，deeply hurt by thedrug. The two countries strengthening the drug control cooperation，can not onlyeffectively solve various native social problems which drug-related crimes bringsabout,but also have important significance to the world anti-drug work.This paper adopts mainly empirical research, conclusion and combining thecases and the theory, etc，on the basis of international drug control cooperation，combining the relevant anti-drug legal system and existing cooperation of twocountries. After the relevant concepts are outlined, surrounding the present situation,difficulties, favorable factors of the cooperation in drug control between China andKazakhstan, this paper tries to analysis the feasibility of cooperation, and tablesproposals to reform and improve the cooperation in drug control between China andKazakhstan finally, in order to provide theoretical help for all-round cooperation indrug control between China and Kazakhstan at multi-levels and in various areas.
