As the most influential student associate, the cradle bringing up great revolutionist and great leader such as Mao Zedong, Cai Heshen, He Shuheng, Xiang Jingyu and Li Weihan and so on. the revolutionary organization, whose purpose is to renovate China and the whole world, Learning Associate of New Civilian (LANC) made a deep and wide impact on China affairs and fate. Basing on it, in a sociology approach, from a group perspective, a comprehensive exploration on the member of LANC in a sociology theory frame has great theoretical and realistic importance.Member group of LANC is the outcome of disaster in and out China, the aggravating national crisis and numerous outstanding youth seeking to rescue their motherland from such a trap. Member group of LANC is the miniature of the thought, spirit, dream and the value of the youth before or after May Fourth or so. By that, we can reveal the psychological trace of the youth before or after May Fourth or so under the condition of national crisis, the clash between new and old culture and the choice of Marxism. It is essential that the numerous outstanding reflect over and discard the non-Marxism thought and choose the proletariat revolutionary way. The goal, helping their compatriot from hard life, of the youth coincides with one of the Marxism gist that benefit the human and the purpose of CPC that serve Chinese with whole heart and soul. The youth's pressing hope that they should seek a proper way to rescue china coincide with one of Marxism thought that theory link with practice and the proletariat's real revolutionary style of work.Role division, role stratum and role communication in the group members of LANC; both visible and invisible norm in LANC; and age constitution, region constitution, sex constitution, education background are basic implement of the group of LANC member, and these implements mentioned above imply the success factor implicitly; the operation model and way of activity of LANC is related with that.The characteristic and value of the group of LANC member are not only the group characteristic formed during the development of group, but also are the key of its success. Without the value of struggle and progress, the spirit of sacrifice and devotion, without the sense of responsibility of improving soul and custom, renovating China and the whole world, without the pragmatic spirit of potential pragmatic, no impatience of immediate success, without the spirit of inter-encouragement of no boost, words to justice, without the revolutionary spirit and independent will of no dependence on old power, LANC couldn't impact on leader Mao Zedong so deeply; couldn't be the core of revolution in Hunan after the May Fourth and before the establishment of CPC; couldn't be the cradle of human resource of CPC and couldn't begin the exploration and practice of way of revolution in China.Caring what the nation state needs, being determined to get what the nation needs and devoting to what the people needs is the key to a group's function to its nation state and people. Group of LANC member holding the theme of time tightly; holding the national reality that nation state needs independence; nation needs liberation and people want freedom; bravely taking historic responsibility, pursuing and struggling non-stop and seeking progress actively, which are the key to the success of LANC. Not only the gist of group of LANC member at its early stage is to renovate academy, improve personality, improving soul of people and custom, but also the gist at its mature stage to renovate China and the whole world, all that is to work out the disaster in and out China, to win China's independence and liberate the nation.
