The problem of"Unattended Children in countryside"is a Prominent social problem. With the rapid economic development of China's social and political, more and more young farmers rush into the city, a special group of minors creates in the vast rural areas—"Unattended Children". According to figures of the fifth national census, China's rural areas"Unattended children"has reached to 23 million people, and the trend is to continue to grow. Because of the impact of the economic structure, urban and rural structures, as well as the ideological and cultural education which results in the appearance of the"Unattended children"in education, psychology, life, morality and security aspects. The problem is accompanied by industrialization, urbanization and labor transfer process produce, and the prolonged existence of a social problem. Resolving this problem, relates to the future quality of the population and workforce development, and on rural economic and social development in a coordinated, on the social stability and sustainable development, relats to the new socialist rural areas and the building of a harmonious society, and relates to the comprehensive construction the smooth completion of a well-off society. Obviously,"Unattended children"is not only a prominent social problem, but also a major economic and political issues. In response to this situation, we analyze the causes from three apects of our political system, economic system, and ideological and cultural education, and put forwards countermeasures to solve the problem at last.
